What's The Difference?  WE NOW OFFER BOTH!  The basic difference is this...the certificate program does not involve a test.  It is a 'Certificate of Completion' issued as a results of attendance, not proficiency.


CERTIFICATION does involve taking a proficiency test upon completion of the course requirements.  There are also certain criteria (requirements) that you must meet in order to be accepted to the program.  You are also required to write a research/white paper in the Certification program.  There are also different types of "Certifications" available.

  • Certification program is case-study driven, pods of students complete on campus analysis and strategy development.
  • Presentation in executive boardroom with Diversity, HR & Operational Executives participating. 
  • Research thesis and/or white paper required.
  • Successful completion of final exam. (Min.80%)
  • Ongoing professional development requirements.
  • Bi-annual testing of knowledge and reports required to maintain certification.
